Adapting Power-points to be CLICKER ready
My personal favorite setting is the "Add-in Always Loaded" setting. When set to 'true' this enables users to open PowerPoint presentations directly without needing to launch from the TurningPoint icon and have the TurningPoint toolbar/ribbon. The default setting is 'false' and to change this setting use the following steps: 1. Close all PowerPoint presentations. 2. Launch TurningPoint from the TurningPoint icon. 3. Select 'Tools' from the TurningPoint ribbon/tab. 4. Select 'Settings'. 5. Select 'Presentation'. 6. The first setting under 'Misc.' is the Add-in Always Loaded which needs to be set to True. Once you have set this to True, it is no longer necessary to open TurningPoint and browse for a PowerPoint instead, simply open any PowerPoint and your the TurningPoint tools will always be there! |
